Too small for a guard post. Too valuable to leave unanswered.

Full-time or even part-time security starts in the thousands per month. Every plan here includes three officer responses a month, written reports, and 30 days of vacation patrol a year — a fourth visit is $75.

How it works

Enrolled in a day. On call from day one.

  1. Enroll your property

Address, property type, unit count. We confirm your plan and set up your account.

  2. Set your response instructions

Gate codes, key-box location, who to call, what to check. You write the playbook.

  3. Call when something’s wrong

Alarm trip, stranger on the property, tenant disturbance, door found open — call 24-hour dispatch and a marked unit rolls.

  4. An officer responds and reports

The officer checks the property, resolves what can be resolved, calls law enforcement if warranted, and sends you a written report with photos.

The money side

For most properties, the plan pays for itself — then keeps paying

Two line items most owners never think about until the bill shows up: police false-alarm fines and insurance premiums. Professional response attacks both.

Shops, offices & apartment complexes

Stop paying the police to respond to your alarm

Most cities bill owners for police responses to false alarms — fees that climb with every repeat. Alarms trip on wind, pets, and cleaning crews far more often than on burglars.

  • City Wide responds instead of the police, so a false alarm never becomes a fine on your account.
  • If it’s a real incident, our officer is already on scene and makes the law-enforcement call with eyes on the situation.

Lower property & liability premiums

A property with documented, professional security response on file is a lower risk — and many insurers reflect that in property, liability, and landlord premiums.

  • Ask your agent about discounts for professional security response and patrol coverage.
  • For many customers the annual premium savings exceed the annual cost of the plan — the difference stays in your pocket.

Example: a $199 residence plan over one year

An illustration, not a quote — savings depend on your city’s fee schedule and your carrier. Bring us your numbers and we’ll walk through them.
