With decades of experience in various roles, including mobile patrol, field training supervision, dispatch, scheduling, accounts receivable, and sales, the leadership team at City Wide has a comprehensive understanding of the security field. Drawing from this experience, the company has built a team of highly skilled professionals dedicated to delivering superior services. What began as a vision to improve industry standards has grown into one of the largest privately-owned security firms in San Diego County. City Wide’s success stems from its commitment to exceeding client expectations and staying ahead of the competition. Departments

At City Wide, we oversee all departments while focusing on business development and growth at a bird’s eye level. On a personal note, we try to give back to the community that made it possible for me to achieve the American Dream. we are actively involved in various associations, committees and boards that promote legislation for small businesses and support many non-profits and their causes, including job placement for homeless veterans and disenfranchised youth. Our hobbies include cooking, with a particular interest in Persian-American fusion cuisine, and we love spending time with my family and friends.

Our Academy

Here at City Wide Protection Services, the quality of our staff sets us apart from the competition. We do not depend on other institutions to train our personnel; we have our own fully licensed academy lead by our own certified instructors, enabling us to regulate and monitor the quality of the training programs for the personnel who represent us in the field. The services of our academy are available to all who qualify, even if they are not a part of the City Wide Protection Services family.

The Dispatch Center serves as the nerve center of the company, allowing us to maintain a constant overview of all activities in our jurisdiction. Dispatch never sleeps. That’s why our Central Office is connected to the field 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, allowing us to respond to any emergency efficiently and effectively.
