A little about me. I arrived in the US as a teenage refugee from Iran. Having worked several odd jobs, I took up work as a Security Guard at the age of 18, overseeing an empty parking lot. What began as just another job to cover bills evolved into a career in the private security field spanning over 2 decades. As the years progressed, I found work at multiple security firms ranging from small local companies to nationwide corporations, giving me the opportunity to experience the industry at every level: guard, mobile patrol, field training supervisor, dispatcher, scheduler, accounts receivable, and eventually to sales and business development. This culminated in the founding of my own Company, City Wide. I assembled a team of the best and brightest I had worked with over the years, determined to be better than the competition in every way with an insider’s perspective. The recipe seems to have worked; today, it gives me great pride to state that we are one of the largest privately-owned security firms in San Diego County, with plans in place to expand to other Counties and States.
